Addendum Updates

Academic Policies:

• Class Attendance: The F-1 Student Attendance Policy has been updated.

Student Success:

•  Student Services has been updated to Student Success.
• Health and Mental Health Services: The Mental Health and Crisis Support information has been updated.

Philadelphia Location:

• Due to the cessation of all undergraduate and graduate degree program operations at the Philadelphia location effective August 31, 2025, instances of the Philadelphia location have been removed from the catalog.

Tuition Charges, Refund Policies and Business Office Policies:

• Undergraduate Tuition Rate:
  • The Harrisburg University of Science and Technology Board of Trustees has approved updated undergraduate tuition rates, effective for the 2025-2026 academic year. Full-Time Undergraduate tuition (12-17 credits) is now $12,300 per semester. Part-Time Undergraduate tuition (1-11 credits) is now $1,030 per credit hour. A $250 University Services fee will apply each fall and spring (this replaced the previously titled Student Activity Fee).
• A Delinquent Account Fee and Collections Policy has been added.
