BTEC 361 - Food Biotechnology Seminar (1 semester hour) Prerequisites: Minimum of 60 earned semester hours Description: This course reviews advances and applications in the field of food biotechnology. Class activities include primary article reviews, internet research, critiquing of research articles and presentations on topics from food biotechnology such as safety and quality issues with the food industry and applications of food technology in the food safety and quality protocols. Offered Spring Semester, annually.
