LTMS 612 - Integrating Learning Technologies with Human Resource Functions (3 semester hours) Prerequisites: LTMS 500 and LTMS 510 Description: This course investigates the benefits of and opportunities for integrating learning technologies into talent management activities like hiring, onboarding, knowledge management and competency-based employee evaluation and development. Compliance throughout the organization and training employees to utilize human resource tools are explored, as will integrating learning technologies with human resource information systems (HRIS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.
