ADMA 455 - Manufacturing Automation Systems (CIM/FMS) (3 semester hours) Prerequisites: None Corequisite: ADMA 410 Description: This course is the approach of using computers to control the entire production process utilizing closed-loop control processes, based on real-time input from within Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) and Flexible Manufacturing Systems (FMS) scenarios. The student will totally complete the digitization of manufacturing scenarios into advanced manufacturing scenarios in this course by including the application of CAD/CAM techniques. Offered Spring semester, annually.
